EVERYONE KEEPS ASKING WHAT THE TITLE OF THE EGUIDE "IF A BLACK WOMAN CAN, ANYONE CAN" MEANS: First of all, just being a woman is NOT easy and, most women can agree with that. History shows we as women, have for centuries, been given "the short end of the stick". Then when you add having dark skin, boy oh boy, things get sticky and hard, a lot harder than what it should be. Our dark skin and larger features and larger body parts (as a whole), make us less desirable than other women...at least in public. Yes, men don't mind being with us behind closed doors, but as a whole, we women with darker skin are not considered "trophy women"...and everyone knows that...that's not a secret (television, movies and magazines make that clear). Furthermore, the media portrays us as loud, ignorant and like to fight. We are NOT all like that. In fact, most of us are not like that! Unfortunately, these are the roles that they give us. African-American people have been so desperate to make money that we take the roles at any cost. Therefore, we are not the desired women to marry, and the results are a lot of single black mothers.
Research shows we are the least married women of all in this country (and it's not because we don't want to be married). Research even shows that even black men marry more women of other races than men of other races marry black women. So with that being said, my title "If A Black Woman Can, Anyone Can, Volume II - A MONEY MAKING AND LIFE CHANGING GUIDE FOR ALL PEOPLE" means that there is NO excuse for not living THE LIFE OF YOUR DREAMS. God created us all; therefore, we all have it inside of us to live a joyful life.
