On a recent talk-show, I heard a surgeon talk about how black skin healed better, having less scarring and healing faster. Also it was easier to work with, being more elastic.
Another thing is skin cancer. I forget the exact statistic, but black people are something like 300 times less likely to get skin cancer, that 30,000% less likely. And since ginger people (people with red hair) are twice as likely to get skin cancer, black people are 600 times less likely to get skin cancer than them.
Black people get head lice in Africa. The reason they don't here, is that head lice evolved to be efficient on straight hair, so the variety we have here has trouble grabbing African-type hair. However, they have a different strain of head lice in Africa.
Also, many black people put oil in their hair. Ask white people, they don't even know you can put oil in your hair. And that oil (shea butter, whatever), makes it harder for head lice to thrive.
