I"m just now catching up on post lol Haven't been on in awhile.

Many women seem to think only straight hair looks good, and as others have said -- it's brain washing!

I for one having grownup in the 60s and 70s find naturals Beautiful, and actually prefer them as a personal preference.

yes it seems like she's just brainwashed...and if she has kinky hair herself or curly hair (puerto rican girl said her mother had an afro) then that would make her self hating too...

but, it's good that atleast they could discuss something as sensitive as that with eachother...maybe she'll come around

the puerto rican woman in that video is just another person that has been brain washed to believe that all black women's natural hair is ugly...anything other than straight is ugly.

at first i thought well, maybe she just didn't like that particular woman's hair, but she had plenty of chances to clear it up, but never did. so it's not that she just didn't like that ONE woman's hair, she doesn't like all kinky type hair...at all.
