Awwww blackstone. You always say the nicest things and it is def appreciated amidst the crazinesw.

TruB1ackQueen:

Appreciate the kind words sista.  This is the deal with me as it relates to blackwomen.  I'm not afraid to tell the world that i love my reflection, because, i'm sincere with it.  All of the sweet words that i articulate about ya'll is from the heart, it's not a show with me.  I love being black, blackwomen, black culture, and so forth.  I'll never allow anyone to make me feel guilty about loving blackwomen...Never!  In a perfect world, 99.9% of blackmen would think the same as me.  The reality is that, a lot of brothas haven't reached my level of loyalty.  I wasn't always like this, I had to find "The Black Eagle" within me over the course of time.  I was messed up in the head just like everybody else.  Luckily for me, god blessed me with a lot of positive male role models in my family, school, community, etc.  Sistas, we're gonna get over the hump, but, it's not gonna happen overnight...Real Talk!!!

Smoothie & Dawn:

Thanks for the love sistas, Appreciate It!  Blackmen should be able to articulate their love for blackwomen and mean it.  The blackman is a work in progress, one brotha at a time.  Every blackman has to find the truth on his own, other blackmen can't do that for him.  I had to go thru the same process.  Dawn, I appreciate you to the utmost for giving me and other brothas a forum to share our thoughts as it relates to blackwomen...Indeed!!!

Choc , the best to do is to pray them . Prayer works . When we worry , we make our health worse . Don't worry over it. Judgement is coming . We are accountable for our own actions and everyone has to give an account . I spend nights thinking and questioning why we have these issues between bm and bw . I would think where they come from understanding that most are devils and generational curses . I know that some come from stereotypes and profiling . But in the thick of it I know where I came from and who I am . I as a bm come from bw always . I love bw always. I will not change to become a stereotype . My mama is smart , I am smart . Mama is powerful , I am powerful . She is loving , I am loving . She is peaceful , I am peaceful . She is faithful , I am faithful . She is protective , I as a bm will protect . She is caring , I will care . For she is my birthmother . Real Talk  . It is not an option , it is mandatory period . That is why I chose to pray over matters like these and refuse to not worry and confuse myself because it is not good for my health . Everyone has a judgement day.

for still loving us, despite all of the bs that some of us put you and other sistas thru.  If a sista got  with us and jumped ship, It would be hard for us to criticize...Real Talk!  Honestly, a lot of us are jacked up in the mind right now, which is unfair to blackwomen.  I'm just one brotha with a razor in my tongue.  If i can influence a certain percentage of brothas to reform their thinking as it relates to loving and respecting blackwomen, Mission Accomplished!  Speaking to the hearts of other blackmen requires brutal honesty, and that gets me in trouble from time to time, but it's a necessary evil just the same.  "The Sistacracy" is the foundation of who i am as a human being and as a blackman, and i will never apologize for it.

joeclyde, why do you never respond to topics like this?  why do you seek out the topics where you can flip the script and talk about how much black women love white men?

I say hear, hear choc. Our connection and ability to do amazing things when we as bp are united is undeniable. I love bm and i say it all the time. I am always vocal to people both of this race and our own when they speak negatively of bm and bw. well sd choc, well sd i agree 110 %.

How I Really Feel About Black Men?

I'm going to be brutally honest, I'm sorry if I offend anyone but. I adore Black men, in general. I say these things about Black men doing this and that on here but it's because I really do care about Black men (in general). It upsets me that they go through so many things and it physically pains me to think about the fact that my brothers, cousins and other Black man relatives are looked at and some people see nothing but stereotypes...it upsets me that it seems the only thing that people seem to give Black men props for is their p*nis size stereotype when there's so much more going on with Black men than that.

It upsets me that i have to worry about my brother's being pulled over for no reason, or I worry about something happening and them being put into prison for no reason.

It upsets me to think about these things and I want to support Black men, I want Black men & Black women to look past our differences and realize that we need each other to survive and it frustrates me that it seems some (NOT ALL) Black men want to do this, it hurts because i feel like we need to work together to take care of each other, but we're not even on the same page.

And the way some Black men drag non-black women into this and try to make Black women feel inferior to them is just messed up...it's just ruining the relationship dynamic between Black men/Black women and if this keeps up...we're never going to move ahead because if we can't even support each other who else will?

but all things aside, I feel most comfortable around Black men out of any group, they've always been the ones I can relate to best and I have a deep affection for them at the end of the day...

what do you say?
